OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — An Oklahoma man is concerned after getting a bill from the Kansas Turnpike Authority for a toll use connected to a license plate number he hasn’t used in 16 years.
“I’m 55, and last time I was in Kansas is when I was a teenager,” said Matthew Simonton, the man who got the bill from the KTA.
