Oklahoma County leaders say ballooning jail costs may require new sales tax vote

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — Oklahoma County leaders say the price to build a new county jail has soared far beyond what voters originally approved, and commissioners are now weighing whether to ask the public to approve a new sales tax to cover the difference.
