The lawsuit alleges that State Farm denied or reduced valid hail and wind claims for homeowners in Oklahoma.
Drummond’s petition states that State Farm advertised full replacement-cost coverage but set claim outcomes to meet company savings targets. He says this left policyholders with less coverage, even as insurance premiums increased and State Farm requested more rate hikes.
