OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – A suspect is in custody after Oklahoma City Police said he shot and killed a woman in Southwest Oklahoma City.

Officers said around 7:30 p.m. Friday night, they responded to a shooting at a park near SW 22nd and South Independence Avenue.
“When they arrived, they found an adult female that had been shot multiple times,” said Lieutenant Jeff Cooper, with the Oklahoma City Police Department.
The woman was taken to the hospital, but later died.
“The suspect fled on foot and then stole a vehicle,” said Lt. Cooper. “As officers were responding to the scene, they spotted that vehicle, attempted to stop it.”…
