EL RENO – A mother in a Yukon child neglect case has pleaded guilty and been convicted of the felony crime.
Brianna Tess Findley, age 32, entered the negotiated plea to six counts at a hearing before Canadian County District Judge Khristan K. Strubhar. She appeared via video from the Canadian County Jail with her court-appointed attorney, Abby Brickey. Assistant District Attorney Cathryn Lind appeared for the state.
Findley was sentenced to serve two years in state prison followed by eight years suspended, being given credit for time served. She will be supervised by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections for 24 months while on probation, and was ordered to pay fines, victims’ compensation assessments and court costs…
