2 Del City residents charged with kidnapping, abuse of disabled woman
New charges have been filed against two Del City residents who are accused of kidnapping and abusing an intellectually disabled woman who was in their care.
In March, police responded to a home in Del City and found a 29-year-old intellectually disabled woman in need of immediate medical attention.
