OKLAHOMA CITY – One person is in custody following a fire Tuesday morning at a southwest Oklahoma City apartment complex, according to police.
The Oklahoma City Police Department reports that officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance at an apartment located near South Portland Avenue and Newcastle Road.
