Police release body cam video from fatal mauling of OKC toddler
OKLAHOMA CITY – The arrests of a toddler’s parents can be seen in body camera video released by the OklahomaCity Police Department on Wednesday.
In body camera video from November 18, Oklahoma City Police can be seen taking 2-year-old Locklynn Rose McGuire’s parents into custody after she was found fatally mauled by the family’s pitbull named Ella.
