Judge denies restraining order requested against OKDHS over frozen subsidies

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — The Oklahoma Department of Human Services and Licensed Child Care Association of Oklahoma finally had their day in court.

The child care advocacy group sued OKDHS over freezing subsidies for children ages six through twelve.
