OKLAHOMA CITY – Two Oklahoma nonprofits with disaster recovery missions are owed hundreds of thousands of dollars from the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
For nearly half a year, efforts from Catholic Charities of Oklahoma City and Recovering Oklahomans After Disaster to reach agency officials and get answers have been unsuccessful.
