In a social media update from the City of Oklahoma City – Government, there’s an advisory that all trash services scheduled for December 31st will proceed without disruption. So, if Wednesday is your day to haul the bins to the curb, you’re in the clear.
However, those accustomed to Thursday pick-ups will need to hang tight a little longer. According to the City’s announcement, this Thursday’s trash and recycling service will be postponed until Saturday, January 3. And remember, in case you’ve indulged in a bit too much holiday cheer the night before, carts have to be out at the curb by the bleary-eyed hour of 6:30 a.m.
