OKLAHOMA CITY – An Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper stopped a driver on the Will Rogers Turnpike earlier this month after the driver appeared to fall asleep while the vehicle was still moving.
According to OHP, the vehicle was traveling about 40 miles per hour and weaving back and forth across the roadway. Video released by troopers shows the driver slumped over the steering wheel as the car continued moving.
Troopers said they attempted to wake the driver using emergency lights and sirens, but the driver did not respond…
