On New Year’s Day, the Oklahoma City Police Department responded to two separate shootings in northeast and northwest Oklahoma City. According to OKC Fox, a drive-by shooting near NE 36th and Santa Fe at a 7-Eleven left one person shot in the back and another with minor injuries. The condition of the person shot in the back has not been released.
According to KOCO, In a separate incident, police responded to a shooting in northwest Oklahoma City on the 6200 block of West Wilshire Boulevard, where a man was shot in the leg.
