OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — Dozens of slashed tires left residents at the Harmony Marcus Garvey Apartments worried about when they’d be able to drive again, until two men took the burden off their shoulders.
On Monday, multiple people at the senior living complex woke up to flat tires and cars they couldn’t drive.
