OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — Have an old municipal warrant and looking to start the year with a clean slate? A penalty reduction program is being offered by the Oklahoma City Municipal Court.

The program allows for the amount owed on an eligible citation to be lower than the original amount of the ticket as if it were paid on time.
