Major OKC metro construction projects could delay your commute
OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City commuters can expect traffic delays due to major construction projects near Uptown 23rd Street andInterstate 44 near Southwest 74th Street which are set to begin Monday, Jan. 12.
I-44 eastbound lanes will narrow down to one lane due to bridge repairs, which are expected to last from 4-6 weeks.
Crews will begin work on a beautification and renovation project from Western Avenue to Broadway along NW 23rd in Uptown OKC Monday as well, which officials say will be concluded in a year and a half…
