Turnpike Conditions: Jan. 24, 2026 | 5:30 a.m.
Oklahoma Turnpike Authority crews this morning are treating conditions ranging from light to moderate snow to sleet with low visibility across all turnpikes due to blowing snow. If motorists must travel this morning, they are advised to use extreme caution and to drive for conditions by slowing down. Drivers should allow for extra travel time and use extreme caution on bridges and overpasses. It is particularly important to give snowplows extra space and not try to pass them due to visibility issues.
Moderate snowfall with some snowpack occurring on roadways is reported on I-44/Will Rogers Turnpike, US-412/Cherokee Turnpike, US-412/Cimarron Turnpike, SH-375/Indian Nation Turnpike, and SH-301/Chickasaw Turnpike.
Lighter snow is currently impacting I-44/Turner Turnpike, SH-344/Gilcrease Expressway, SH-364/Creek Turnpike, SH-351/Muskogee Turnpike, I-344/John Kilpatrick Turnpike and I-335/Kickapoo Turnpike. Even with lighter snow, motorists are urged to slow down and use extra caution on these routes…
