NEWKIRK — A plea docket is scheduled in Kay County District Court for a Wichita, Kan. man facing eluding, firearm and traffic charges in Kay County and is considered a suspect in a shooting in Oklahoma City.
Daelyn Rae Buggs, 44, was arrested by deputies in the early morning hours of Nov. 16 following a purist that involved deputies, Tonkawa and Blackwell police officers.
Deputy Dakota Stephen reports in the affidavit that at 2:30 a.m. on Nov. 16, Oklahoma City police reached out to KSO and reported that there had been a shooting in Oklahoma City and that police had probable cause to arrest Buggs for assault with a deadly weapon.
