Norman police say a late-night dispute over alcohol service turned dangerous early Tuesday when a man allegedly opened fire outside a local bar after being refused a drink. The shots rang out around 12:45 a.m. near North Porter Avenue and Tecumseh Road, according to officers, who said no one was injured. The suspect was found and arrested nearby shortly after.
