Update 2/8/26:
INTEGRIS Health sent an update on Sunday that they were able to agree to a 30-day extension with UnitedHealthcare. This comes after a deadline ended Saturday without an agreement.
INTEGRIS Health stated:
However, to minimize patient disruption, we have agreed to a 30-day extension with UnitedHealthcare. If the contract terms are not finalized, INTEGRIS Health will be out-of-network with UnitedHealthcare after March 9, 2026.
