Oklahoma City homeowner escapes late-night house fire

OKLAHOMA CITY – The owner of a home in northwest Oklahoma City was able to escape after a fire broke out inside the residence on Wednesday.

The Oklahoma City Fire Department says the fire broke out just after 10:30 p.m. at a home near West Britton Road and County Line Road. When crews arrived at the scene, they said they found flames coming from the roof of the home.
