UVED violation goes out, Moore veteran says it’s not a scam

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. (KFOR) – A Moore veteran said he went to his doctor’s appointment at the Veterans Affairs Office in Oklahoma City and came back with a violation that said he was uninsured this week.

“They said I owed $190 for my truck, for insurance,” said Gary Ward.

He said on Friday, he went to the VA, parked outside, and left. But a couple of days later, he said he got a violation notice in the mail…
