OKLAHOMA CITY – A woman died after being struck by a semi-truck on Interstate 44 in southwest Oklahoma City late Tuesday night, according to the Oklahoma City Police Department.
The crash happened in the northbound lanes of I-44 near Southwest 134th Street.
Police said the woman stepped onto the highway with her hands raised before she was struck by a northbound semi-truck. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigation underway
