DEL CITY, Okla. (KFOR) — A Del City man was arrested on complaints of murder and elder abuse after his mom was found dead inside a home with deplorable conditions.
70-year-old Deborah Valentine was dead in her bed when police arrived at the home. Her son called the police to report the death.
“When officers got there, the house was in deplorable condition. Dirt, trash, and rodents were found all over the house. Upon checking on the woman, she was, in fact, deceased,” said Lt. Blake Reichert, with Del City Police.
