Two arrested for stealing oilfield equipment worth thousands

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — State agents say they have arrested two men who are accused of stealing and then selling thousands of dollars worth of oilfield equipment.

The energy company first noticed missing equipment last summer, so to figure out what was going on, they made a call to the Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation.

“What they had realized was that equipment in the piping that was missing was connected with somebody that had worked for them,” said Hunter McKee with OSBI…
