OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — Search and rescue crews in Oklahoma City, Moore, and Norman now have new tools to help their K9 officers. They also received special training for pets rescued from burning buildings.
“The goal is to get these dogs stabilized in the field and get them to our ER so we can get them treated,” said Dr. Seth Hiddink, the medical director of VEG ER for Pets.
