Fierce winds turned an early Monday run along Interstate 40 outside Oklahoma City into a wreck scene, toppling a semi truck and shoving its trailer off the roadway. The rig came to rest on its side along the shoulder, backing up traffic in the area. It was not immediately clear whether anyone was injured or how long the cleanup would take.
