OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — A delivery driver found two small children wandering outside an Oklahoma City home. Now the parents of those children are facing neglect charges.
This happened in late February. The wandering children prompted a welfare check, which led police to a malnourished seven-week-old.
Oklahoma City Police arrested 22-year-old Christina Dickenson and 21-year-old Phillip Welch for alleged child neglect.
