Quincy Bake Shop, the patisserie locals know for its chocolate croissants and neatly decorated cookies, has officially opened a café inside Oklahoma Contemporary. The museum-hosted spot celebrated its grand opening last Friday, and is serving pastries, coffee and light meals to gallery visitors, bringing the bakery’s pastry program straight into the heart of downtown OKC’s cultural hub, as per Oklahoma Contemporary.
