Nathan Potier and Erica Palmer, both 36, have been accused of using a girl as a surrogate when she was 14 years old. The teen, now 15, allegedly became impregnated with twins as a result.
The Oklahoma City Police Department (OCPD) obtained a search warrant for Potier’s DNA for a paternity test, according to NBC-affiliate KFOR-TV. However, before that could happen, Potier and Palmer fled the state…
