OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — A string of weekend violence has left three dead in three separate shootings. One of those killed was a child.
Saturday morning, a fight broke out in the parking lot of an event center near NW 28th and Portland, leading to gunfire.
“A victim was identified and transported to the hospital by a personally owned vehicle upon arrival, he was pronounced deceased,” said Sergeant Brett Like, with the Oklahoma City Police Department.
A few miles away, shots were fired in the Paseo District on NW 31st and Western.
