OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — A metro homeowner says his basement is now a biohazard. He says construction in his neighborhood caused raw sewage to back up into his home.
Now he may sue the city and the construction company to get it cleaned up.
“I got a text from a neighbor, and they were like, Hey, do you have any sewage backup in your basement? I went down there, and of course, I immediately saw the water standing,” said Therin Miller, a homeowner with sewer water in his basement.
