OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — A head-on crash in southwest Oklahoma City left one person dead and another injured on Wednesday morning.
According to the Oklahoma City Police Department, officers responded to the scene of the crash near South Western Avenue and Southwest 112th Street.
Investigators say that one of the vehicles was traveling south on SW 104th Street, in the inside lane at a high rate of speed, when it approached a slower-moving vehicle. The driver proceeded to swerve into the outside lane, then abruptly veered into the inside lane, lost control before crossing left of center, and collided head-on with an oncoming vehicle.
Officials said the driver of the speeding vehicle, later identified as 19-year-old Tyler Woods, was pronounced dead at the scene…
