EDMOND, Okla. (KFOR) — The University of Central Oklahoma (UCO) is eyeing a new development just west of its campus. It would be a university district that the university said can connect the campus and community.
It was all once an idea, but now it’s on paper in a recent study plan done with UCO and the city.
