OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) — Authorities say a man who was on the run for more than 40 years is now behind bars.
On April 1, officials with the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office arrested 64-year-old David Vaquera on a warrant for violating his probation in 1983.
