One arrest made in deadly southwest Oklahoma City double hit-and-run

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — A driver, wanted in a deadly double hit-and-run in southwest Oklahoma City that took the life of a 46-year-old woman, has turned himself in.

Just after 6 a.m. on Wednesday, March 25, 46-year-old Zulma Briones was struck by two vehicles near SW 59th Street and South Francis Avenue.

A nearby business’s camera captured both vehicles hitting Briones before driving away. The driver of the first vehicle can be seen backing up, turning around, and then driving away. Minutes later, a second car struck her.
