The Quail Springs shop will join Tamashii’s Midtown, Edmond and Norman locations, extending a brand that has spent the last decade quietly turning long waits into a regular feature of the metro dining scene. According to The Oklahoman, the restaurant has confirmed the 2701 W. Memorial Road address along with a mid April 2026 opening target. The paper also shared a Facebook note from the owners thanking customers and saying the milestone “wouldn’t be possible without our incredible community,” along with a brief social video that shows crews installing seating inside the new storefront.
Tamashii’s current footprint runs through the core of the metro. The Midtown location sits at 321 NW 8th St, Edmond’s shop operates at 132 E. 5th St and the Norman restaurant serves at 126 W. Main St, according to Tamashii. The company notes that Matthew and Wakana Sebacher founded the concept in 2015 and highlights guest ramen events and rotating menus as part of its programming. The site also directs diners to an online waitlist for each store and remains the official clearinghouse for hours and waitlist links.
