New court documents reveal how a woman behind non-profit allegedly misused donations

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — The lawsuit against OKCity Crisis Nursery founder Jennifer Roberts still stands, and now new court documents give a better look at where she was allegedly spending donated money.

Roberts runs OKCity Crisis Nursery, a non-profit meant to help prevent child abuse and neglect.

“We have anything from like domestic violence situations or like a mom going into a hospital, having a baby, and we watch her other kids and a siblings of that new baby,” said Roberts to News 4 back in 2025.
