OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) — Crews are already preparing for the 60th Annual Festival of the Arts, and guests are getting a glimpse at what they can look forward to most.
The Festival of the Arts will be held April 23 through April 26 at Bicentennial Park in downtown Oklahoma City.
