Most days, David Jacobson is lucky to have $50 in his wallet.
But last month, the Omaha resident had $500 stuffed into it — $200 from a winning lottery ticket and $300 he earned from outdoor work — when he went to Charles Schwab Field Omaha for a pair of baseball games. Between the afternoon and evening games, Jacobson, 60, tells PEOPLE he rode his e-bike home along a bike trail on John Pershing Drive to freshen up.
When he got home, however, he realized his wallet was missing…
