(Glenwood) — A Glenwood man faces a pair of charges following his arrest Tuesday night.
The Glenwood Police Department says 76-year-old Byron Dean Klockner was arrested shortly after 8 p.m. for two counts of abandonment or neglect of a dependent person. Authorities say the arrest occurred in the area of North Locust Street in Glenwood.
Klockner was taken to the Mills County Jail and held on $20,000 bond…
