Omaha is a city on the rise, evidenced in its changing skyline with the appropriately named “Beacon” tower on track for completion by the end of 2026.
We also are celebrating a new standout public library. We’re continuing exciting efforts like the $1 billion makeover of Eppley Airfield, the $200 million CHI Health Center addition, and a host of other projects that will provide more places for people to live, work, and play in our city.
We know from building our modern streetcar, with its once-in-a-century upgrade to major utilities, that a project and city must stand on firm footing in order to rise.
