OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – A North Carolina woman was booked into Douglas County Corrections on Thursday after she allegedly stole more than half a million dollars from Metro Community College using a fake construction company bank account.
Joyce Tongamatamoana, 61, of Shelby, NC, is charged with theft by deception greater than $5,000.
