4 charged in Nebraska as part of DOJ national health care fraud takedown

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Criminal charges announced today are tied to alleged schemes to defraud Medicare and Medicaid, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Nebraska.

The charges are part of the DOJ’s national health care fraud takedown. The U.S. attorney said four people were charged in Nebraska.

Angie Albert, 50, and Brent Conaway, 51, both of Oklahoma, were charged with conspiracy to commit health care fraud and money laundering.
