OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Former Nebraska wrestler AJ Ferrari has been arrested by Douglas County Authorities.
A release from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office says Ferrari, aged 24, was arrested in a Douglas County residence after the DCSO’s Special Operations Group (SOG) had been working tips.
Ferrari had an outstanding warrant out of Lancaster County on the charges of:
- Assault by Strangulation/Suffocation of a Pregnant Woman, 3rd Degree
- Domestic Violence Assault 3rd Degree
- False Imprisonment 1st Degree
DCSO says SOG investigators were watching a home where Ferrari was allegedly staying near Bennington. Around 10:45 a.m. Tuesday morning, a woman was seen leaving the residence to get into the truck in the driveway of the home.
The woman was followed by a man crawling out of the garage and entering the rear passenger seat of the truck. That man was identified as Ferrari…
