Nebraska- As more data centers are proposed across Nebraska, concerns are growing over the industry’s water use and its potential impact on local communities, especially on the state’s water supply.
Google has recently reported that its Nebraska data centers consumed about 732 million gallons of water in 2025, up from roughly 135 million in 2023.
