Bellevue ordinance bans off-road vehicles from city trails, parks

BELLEVUE, Neb. (WOWT) – A new Bellevue ordinance will prohibit off-road recreational vehicles from city trails, sidewalks, parks and streets beginning Aug. 5, following growing concerns about motorized vehicles using spaces not designed for them.

The ordinance covers dirt bikes, mini-bikes, ATVs, UTVs and off-road motorcycles on public property.
