OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Douglas County Sheriff Aaron Hanson spent three days learning to ride a motorcycle to better understand the dangers young riders face on e-bikes.
Hanson said most kids riding e-bikes do not realize how dangerous they can be.
“And I can only imagine how difficult it is for a 12, 13-year-old kid to operate one of these on a public roadway,” Hanson said.
