UNMC uses immersive technology to expand stroke education statewide

KEARNEY, Neb. — Holograms, virtual reality, interactive walls and more are helping health care providers across Nebraska learn together without being in the same room.

The University of Nebraska Medical Center used the technology Friday during its statewide Stroke Conference, connecting participants in Omaha, Kearney, Norfolk and Scottsbluff.
