OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Finding permanent, affordable housing can prove a challenge in the metro, leading some people to turn to mid-term rentals.
Kayla Wilson moved back to the metro six months ago from Philadelphia. While dealing with a dispute involving her previous landlord, she decided to move into a mid-term rental downtown.
“I moved into a really cute little one bedroom that was fully furnished and all of the utilities are included,” Wilson said. “And it was just really nice to be able to move into a space where everything was ready. And I knew that the utilities and the costs were always going to be the same.”
What is a mid-term rental?
